I bought a new issue of Maxim this month. And the cover was quite special. There're two 'babes' (well, one is; one isn't) on the cover this time. The articles have improved a little bit. However... the babes? It was pretty much of a disappointment, excluding the special issue on female bloggers.
I'm still wondering how could any lady manage to appear on magazines such as this. For the past issues, I've noticed that there're something wrong with their faces. True, they've all got hot bods. But, the lack the pull factor regarding the face issue. I don't know but... this is beginning to sound quite stereotyping to us men. Why is that so?
Take a look at one example from this issue. One that I suddenly go, "Wah... lidat also can ar." kind of picture. Take a look at this link:
She looks PRETTY... old in this picture, no? Well, the quote says it all. And believe me, her bod is hot or should I say, acceptable to the eyes. But then, one must wonder if
she was a
"HE". Cut the hair short and you'll see a cross-dresser.
Okie. For once, I'm a guy. And guys will be guys. I don't take much notice for details initially. But I'll get extremely turn off when certain major features just distort itself. And this month's issue is full of common street-faces and potential transversites! Maybe the company want to attain more sales from the local men by picking any Ruth, Pearl or Mary (Tom, Dick or Harry) to appear on their magazine without first doing some QA.
As a guy, I must admit, I look at parts to determine my turn-ons. But I look at some details too this time. I don't know why, but some say it's natural once you mature into another level of MAN-hood. Hehehe... Some say it's because I'm turning gay... RUBBISH!!! Now shut up and listen.
For boys who yet to reach puberty, here're the parts men look at initially that determines their turn-ons. (They're highlighted in red circles)
Focus hard on those highlighted areas gentlemen. Do you feel anything? If not, have you chopped them off yourselves? Yea. You got it. But if we look at the face on second sight, my gosh...... forget it.
So much is said, this month's issue isn't that bad at all. There's one pretty acceptable chick, which I think is OKAY looking. Though she's got a common street-face just like anybody else (There're many common street-faces this month, damn it). Here you go. Introducing Kanny, the virgin.
If you wanna go see more ladies, buy this month's issue of maxim. And one advice for you guys though: Look before you drool.
